Hannah Born, PMHNP-BC, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in child and adolescent psychiatry. While Psyche Denver is an adult-only practice, Hannah also treats adolescents through Guidelight Health, where she works with youth in partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs.

Hannah is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University. She went on to complete a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Children’s Hospital Colorado and began her nursing career in the cardiac ICU before transitioning to behavioral health.
Originally from the Midwest, Hannah relocated to Colorado after working with adults in substance use disorder treatment and inpatient psychiatric settings. Her approach to care is grounded in compassion, respect, and evidence-based practice, with a focus on supporting holistic mental wellness across the lifespan.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys game nights with family and friends, live music, snowboarding, figure skating, reading, traveling, hiking, and baking sweet treats.
