Dr. Mary O’Hara, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a highly trained Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a focus on health equity and integrated mental health care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric and Mental Health from the University of San Diego in 2019, completing her clinical training at a Federally Qualified Health Center in San Diego County. She later pursued a residency at Community Health Center, Inc. in Connecticut, further refining her expertise in psychiatric treatment for underserved populations. Dr. O’Hara holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Nursing from the University at Buffalo and has hands-on experience as an inpatient psychiatric nurse and charge nurse. After briefly living in Colorado, she has returned to her East Coast roots and now serves as a fully remote telehealth provider for Psyche Denver.
