Dr. Mary O’Hara is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with expertise in telehealth and integrated care. Passionate about expanding mental health access, she provides patient-centered psychiatric care remotely.

Dr. O’Hara is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric and Mental Health from the University of San Diego in 2019. She completed her clinical training at a Federally Qualified Health Center in San Diego County and was particularly interested in health equity in underserved populations with a focus on integrated care. After graduation she went on to complete a residency at Community Health Center, Inc a FQHC in Connecticut. Dr. O’Hara’s undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University at Buffalo. She worked as a registered nurse and charge nurse on in-patient psychiatric hospital units while pursuing higher education. After a brief stay in Colorado, Dr. O’Hara has returned to her East Coast roots and joins our team as a fully remote tele-health provider.
